Something about them 70's. Seemed like the envelope was being pushed in many directions. Soul was getting funk'd, jazz was blending rock in fusion. Rock got punked towards the later part of the decade. And reggae became a thing with Bob Marley. It's my go to decade for that genre. But there were so many more than the superstar Marley. And the Blues was starting to make a big comeback too. The disco decade gets hung on that era like that was all that was going on. Thankfully, no way. Though I didn't mind some of it. Like, Get Down Tonight.
