Do you have one source you go to before buying any type of audio equipment that you trust above all others? What is it about it that makes it so credible to you that you're willing to buy a product after reading one of their reviews?

I care more about price and the store's return policy than I do about the reviews they share. It's hard to tell if they're actually legitimate reviews or how long the person actually used the product before writing it and a lot of electronic products work well at first. I like to check out video equipment at Best Buy or another brick-and-mortar store when I'm concerned about the picture quality.
I miss the locally owned audio/video shop that I used to frequent. The owners and managers were honest, kept their word, and could be trusted.
The store's return policy is definitely my primary concern. I usually just read through reviews on Amazon first and then check out other random sites that are also selling the product. I don't really have a go-to source though. I just like to check a bunch of places to make sure the reviews are authentic.
