My "office" is right above one of my roommate's bedroom. She complains about hearing my music coming from overhead. (She's got ears like a greater wax moth.) Is there some way I can keep the sound from traveling to the room below, or am I living in a dream world?
I don't really know if I have any tricks for what you can do with your speakers. I don't have any easy solutions either, unfortunately. As far as I know, you will probably have to end up doing some kind of insulation work. This article has some advice that you might find helpful.
I figured there wouldn't be a super easy fix for it, but I couldn't help asking. Thanks for the article, EParkes. I skimmed through it and it looks great. I'll have to go give it a closer look.
