VTV is one really great magazine, so for those of you that don't already subscribe, check it out! These guys are the absolute authority on tubes and tube gear, in my opinion. Eric Barbour is a regular contributor and as a former Svetlana engineer, he really knows his stuff. Other contributors include John Atwood, Steve Parr and Dave Wolze. Charlie Kittleson is the Editor and is the author of the famous Vintage Hi-Fi Spotter's Guides and producer of Vintage Hi-Fi-The Golden Era. Vacuum Tube Valley has everything from in-depth technical articles to historical material to product reviews.

A yearly subscription is about fourty-five bucks for four issues.
