For a long time, I always thought that nerds and geeks are one and the same thing. Apparently, nerds tend to have a higher understanding of principles, than geeks. Other people would argue otherwise but the bottom line is that there's a difference.

A geek is a social construct while a being a nerd is a lifestyle choice. Laughing

I actually have no idea what the difference is, other than I always saw the two as the same......with the geek being the smarter of the two.

I think nerds are the smarter ones. Or at least the cooler ones. These days we are seeing more and more hot nerds around.
