CVR is short for "Cockpit Voice Recordings", and they come from the black boxes that all airplanes have. I found a site that has transcripts from flight accidents and incidents, dating back to 1962.

I have tried to find audio files, but no luck yet.

And this: https://www.tailstrike.com/110901.pdf is the actual transcript that came from the black box on board Flight 93 on 09/11/2001.
