I'm real busy with work, it's keeping me tied up these days. My questions about the ECL82 / 6BM8 were because that's what the Stoetkit uses. It sounds just great as it is, and you can get good Светлана tubes for it. But I couldn't help but wonder if it was part of a family of tubes with an upgrade path.
