I am more of the traditional type that prefers to purchase at a physical location that is easily accessible in case the system doesn't function.
Has anyone here ever bought a home theater online? What are some of the things to do to mitigate risk?

I think it's pretty dangerous to do purchases of big electronic items such as home theaters online, but not impossible. We will need to go through the recommended shops, check the reviews, and see if their customer support is great enough.
