One of my engineering friends is working on a big install in San Francisco. He's constantly posting pictures on Facebook of the wiring work they are currently doing; soon he'll be sliding in some subs. It's neat to see it all being put together.
I think it's great the way that technology has allowed us to share some really important things with so many different people. This works really well from a business end because there are times when not everyone can be in the same place at the same time. You're lucky to be able to experience this with your friend.
