I was wondering if anyone knows how hard it would be to start my own online radio station? I was thinking that since there are so many different radio creators out there, that I should take advantage of this and start one of my own. Can anyone recommend a good one?
It sounds like Shoutcast is a good platform to host a radio station on. They have good support, an online chat community from what I hear and will help you stay legal.
With something like this, it's always easier when you know someone in the business. You can still do it of course, but someone already in will know the tricks of the trade that will make it easier for you.
Wow, what kind of station are you planning Finn? I'm always amazed by the number of different internet stations out there - how do people think of so many different things to talk about?
