A weird and wonderful friend of mine has recently acquired his own church pipe organ. A local church was getting a new, fancy, digital organ and having the old one taken out. He asked if he could have it and they let him! He's put the whole thing (all 40 or 50 pipes) together in his barn-like garage and is learning to play.
I think it's sad the church let it go, but I'm glad he's giving it a new life.
