I recently purchased three used Ueri power amps. They all need new fuses as the fuses are missing. The back of the power amp says they need either 2 amp at 120v or 4 amp at 250 v. When I went to buy fuses the guy at the electronics store argued with me about the proper fuses to use, he said it didn't matter what the back of the amp specified in 120 v, that I should only pay attention to the 4 amp at 250 v fuse rating. Since I am running this amp at 120 v, shouldn't I use the 2 amp 120 v slow blow fuse that is specified on the back of the amplifier?

You are right. Get the proper fuse for 120VAC.

Thanks, although I was wrong in my original posting it was a 4 amp 120v fuse or a 2 amp 250 v fuse. I tested a 2 amp 250 v fuse with the amp and had no problems.
