Has anyone heard anything about Mac's new Spatial Sound Card App? New Audio Technology describes it as "a software based virtual sound card". It is a software program that works like a sound card between the computer and a set of headphones. Just curious as to the quality of sound is has to offer.

I haven't heard of it and I don't really understand how it would work. I'd certainly give it a listen, though, before passing judgment on it.

I'm questioning too exactly how it would work. I was reading about it when I was doing some audio research. I haven't come across the actual app to be able to try it for myself.
