CeeLo Green has been charged with giving a woman Ecstasy. She also alleges he raped her after waking up naked with him but he isn't being charged with rape or sexual assault because apparently there isn't enough evidence. I'm a little confused as to how someone can drug another person, have sex with them, and it not be rape.
They are probably claiming that there is no evidence that she resisted his advances. Of course, how could she resist when she had been drugged and did not even know what was happening to her.
