I can find plenty of other 62 models, and a 2704, but nothing on this one. Phono combo. W-G. Any help out there?

Also, is a Philco 39-31 anything special?

Thanks.

Hi Didn't turn up anything on the one either. The 39-31 might be fun to restore but not likely to be worth much. I have a 39-80 that was fun to restore but likewise not valuable.

Good Listening

I have a couple of Montgomery Ward radios, and can tell you that schematics for them are harder to find than most. The problem is that they usually used OEM chassis and had cabinets made for them. So the chassis is probably RCA, Zenith or another American manufacturer. You almost have to scan through a list of schematics and look for similar chassis layouts and tube compliments.

I was able to find a 39-30 but not 39-31. I don't know that there was particularly anything special about that model. But I love vintage radios. I would love to get my hands on an original Philco 28, the very first Philco made.
