I thought Stone Temple Pilots were back together again and things were working out, but I guess not. Scott Weiland just sued the other band members for playing without him under the band name.

I hadn't heard anything about this. That band just can't keep it together. I know that is generally attributed to Scott and it probably is his fault most of the time, but at the same time I can see why he'd be upset over his former band mates using the name.

This seems to be a pretty persistent issue with bands doesn't it? You would think that by now bands would have this legal aspect covered when they form the band. Kind of like a prenuptial agreement.
