I was reading an article earlier today where the Federal government made a suggestion about annual HIV & AIDS testing for everyone. Do you think everyone - regardless of their risk level - should be tested for HIV and AIDS every year?

What are they doing? I can't think of anything more intrusive on a person then that. What on earth can this possibly accomplish? Just when I thought the Government couldn't get more weird.......
