Is there a way, by any chance, to somehow strip the audio from a video and simply keep the audio portion? I downloaded some frequency videos recently off of Youtube, and I would like to put the frequency alone as an mp3 onto my cell phone. The only program I have to work with is Audacity, and maybe Cakewalk.

Here's an article about Free Audio Editor, which is supposed to have the capability of stripping audio from video. You can try it and see how it works for you.
