Yeah, I've tried them. They remind me of Heli-Coils, which I really like for metal. But I personally prefer T-Nuts for wood. Lots of folks here like those Hurricane nuts though, so if it's working for you, it's all good. I think with a dab of epoxy, it's probably six one way and a half-dozen the other.
