Hi,
I'm currently investigating building my own speakers. I've ordered a bottlehead s.e.x amp that outputs up to 2 wpc. I'm planning to use these for music only, and even then I only care what they sound like with classical music.
At the moment I'm using them in a pretty small room (Honestly I can't really see me using them in a large room anytime soon, I'm a student).
I have zero woodworking experience but I do have a neighbour who could help me. The simpler the wood working is, the better.
Which speaker would I be best off looking at? I'm presuming that either the 4pi or 7pi are the best candidates for the amp I've bought since they have the highest efficiency. Is there a reason to pick one over the other?
(I didn't mention the 8pi because that one looks to be more complicated to build than the other two, although I could be wrong)

I've ran my Two towers with my 3/4W 1626 and a 1W 12B4 amp to fairly loud levels in a small room without issues. The two speakers you are looking at are much more efficient than mine so you should have no problems with your SEX amp.
BTW, those are nice little amps.
