Not sure if anyone else in any other part of the US is experiencing this, but we are now considered to be in a drought. The 90+ degree days definitely are NOT helping the situation. It looks as though we may have a little relief (RAIN!) coming in at the end of the week. Anyone else?!
We went a good 14 days without rain, but we have gotten at least a little bit every day this week. In fact, we are having a little thunderstorm right now. The rain has been a welcome relief from the 100 degree temperatures even if it is still steamy.

Most of Arizona has had drought conditions for about 5 years now. It has rained some this season already, but will not be enough to cover the losses from the past.

We had a dry couple of weeks, but we have gotten at least a little rain every day for the past seven. I know it has made a dramatic difference in what my garden looks like!
