Any advantage of the 1% tolerances offered on the Dayton caps?

Would here be audible differences between 4Pis based on the +/-5% tolerance of the capacitors? Or would room placement, other factors swamp any capacitor variation?

Definitely. And the drivers shift way more than the electronic components do too.

One of the criteria I specifically design for is parameter shifts. I want everything to be in an operating window that shifts gracefully. The cabinet tuning is actually more of a concern than the crossovers where parameter shifts are concerned, and is part of why the alignment is slightly overdamped.
