I must say, I was rather surprised to read this and find out that they let the guy go. Sure, there is a good chance that he was probably innocent, but there is also this thing called acting.

The story I read about this made it sound like the wife was the one in trouble with the law. Something along the lines of the police in her town questioned her about it, and she admitted that she did it to get her husband in trouble. I have no issues with them letting the man on the plane. You don't really think they gave him any of that back do you?
