That's an interesting question. I like terrazzo flooring, but I've never thought if it much in terms of acoustics. What brought this up, do you have a project that actually involves a room with terrazzo floors?
We are remodeling our house and I have a feeling we might end up with more than we bargained for. No idea why but for some reason flooring did not factor into the room we use as a the main media area. Anything I should look out for?

No, I don't have a project but I'm looking at houses. Most of them were built in the 60s and apparently terrazzo floors were big back then.
