A Katy Perry song came on the radio today as I was driving. I couldn't figure out if she was trying for a specific effect during the verses of Hot N Cold or if she just sucked. What do you think of her?
I'm not a huge fan of hers but I can see why she's popular since her music is catchy. As for that song, I think it's an effect, since her voice gets much stronger during the chorus.
