Will someone please tell me what is so great about Angry Birds? I've seen kids playing it and even adults. I have never played it before but I would love to know why it's so popular. Anyone a fan and care to tell why?

What was so great about Pong? Pac-Man? They were simple and catchy. In 1982, games like those generated $8 billion in revenue from people plugging quarters at their local arcade. Looks to me like Angry Birds is the same way.

Yeah I remember Pac-Man, I was an addict. I knew that pattern by heart and with my eyes closed. I could do the pattern in my head at night when I was sleeping. I guess I get that I just have never played angry birds.
