Onken cabinets loaded with a 10" Vifa driver, running fullrange. There is no way for me to know what is the upper cut off frequency of my Onken cabs, all that I know is that it was built to work properly with the BD Oris 200 horns which use a 200HZ cut off.

I would ideally biamp this set up, with the Oris running fullrange on top, and the bottom would be biamped to a NHT X-2 crossover which would handle the bottoms up to 250 HZ.

Is this set up even possible?

Might be. But sorry, without more information it's hard to know how well it will work. You really have to roll up your sleeves, make some models and some measurements, and see what you've got.
