I just thought I'd share this website I found for anyone who might be interested in becoming an extra or doing voice-overs:
http://freecastingcall.com/casting-calls/voice-over-auditions-and-casting-calls
I have actually gotten a few "extra" spots from it.

Hey that is pretty cool. I especially like that it's nationwide, instead of just being concentrated in New York or Los Angeles. How did you like being an extra?

Nice site! I wish there were more for voice-overs. Maybe those are fewer and far-between, but I'll keep checking! I don't know if my face is good enough to be a movie extra.

There are actually lots of sites for voice-overs. I think the most popular one these days is ACX.com. They are looking for people to narrate audiobooks. They are an Amazon company.

Thanks for that link Danny. I will definitely check that out. Anything that deals with freelance work like that I look into.

On a side note, Amazon seems to be having their fingers in quite a few pies these days.
