If I have an integrated amp that has A and B speaker connections can I hook two active subs up to the B posts speaker level and one sub up to the pre amp out line level?

No, you'll want to low-pass the subs, meaning you'll need some kind of crossover. For flanking subs (nearest the mains), you can use a simple coil in series, but this will only work if the subs are as close to the same sensitivity as the mains (which is unusual). This is impractical in most cases, so active crossovers are used instead.
