Have you ever seen a film that you really enjoyed get trashed by the critics? The best example I can think of is The Mummy, one of my favorite summer movies that got horrible reviews. Its not significant film literature, but its not that horrible.

I think most movies that I like get slammed by critics. Like most recently I watched Transformers and I LOVED it it was so fun but a lot of critics gave it really low scores. Most romantic comedies get very very bad ratings but I love them also. Ugly Truth, 27 Dresses etc..

The Mummy was slammed? I love that movie! The Mummy 2 was really great too, although the series sucked after that.

I guess I just don't have highbrow taste. Laughing
