I don't have separate speakers for outside. I have two sets of speaker wire for my indoor speakers. I hook up the longer wires for events outside. I don't have a huge outdoor space, however. This works for me.
We don't have speakers which are specifically designed for outdoor use, but I have a friend who has patio speakers from something like TIC brand. They seem bulky but the audio is fine, I suppose.
