I love Cathedral Radios. It brings back memories of the one my grandmother had. I saw one for sale for about $460. It is an Atwater Kent. Is this a good price for it? It seems to be in good condition.
I have seen the tube radios in the movies, and in some museums but never had the opportunity to see one really up close and personal. I do love the way they look and what they represent. I wouldn't mind getting one. However, the price is not a cup of tea.

You can get a nice table radio from the tube era on eBay for around fifty bucks. Some collectables cost more, but right now there are still many great old tube radios in the under $100 range.
Floor-standers sometimes cost a little more but to tell the truth, I prefer the table radios anyway.
