Do they exist? My girlfriend has it in her pretty little head that she wants neon pink strings on a black guitar. I called all around town and they all say they've never heard of such a thing.

They exist and the people that told you otherwise must have never read a single guitar magazine, read through a "guitar oriented" music stores catalogs, or have any idea what they are talking about.

Some stores just flat out said no and this one guy went on about how he's been in the industry for 25 years and never heard of such a thing. That was a big place too, not some mom and pop shop. Thanks for the link!
