Wayne: Thanks for the 4pi plans. Are there any know modifications to reduce the depth of the speaker to ~10.25. Can the width or height be altered to achieve a speaker with less depth?

Below is an example with just altering the height:

Can't do it. The port would be too close to the rear panel.

Beyond that, I don't suggest deviating from the plans unless you are prepared to do a lot of measurements and go through a full design/test cycle. Some modifications can be done with little impact but most can't. Changing the cabinet dimenisons change the way standing waves line up in the cabinet and can introduce peaks and dips in the upper midbass and lower midrange. So my suggestion would be to stick with the plans.
