Sometimes when I'm watching TV or a movie, there's some over-the-top audio work (too fast fade-in of dramatic music, e.g.) and that just jerks me out of the story. Does that happen to you?

It happens a lot in TV shows that I watch, where the "background" music is so loud that it seems the actors are mumbling their lines.
