This is not about producing sound per se but it is about receiving. I want to know whether people with hearing aids will also have the same experience as people without hearing aids when there is a very loud sound? In other words, will they experience pain when there is a loud sound?

I'm pretty sure they can. The only thing a hearing aid does is allow someone to hear things louder than they do normally. Makes sense to me, but I'm not 100% on this one.

Of course. Once you cross the threshold of pain, it doesn't matter how bad your hearing is. If you still have eardrums it's gonna hurt.
