Would you say ProTools is still the dominant recording/mixing software in the audio engineering industry? When I was an engineer, it was the default program, but it's been awhile for me, and I've lost touch.

Yes, luckly they got it to run under Microsoft OS software. But before then you 'had to use' a Mac or some sort of 'Apple OS based computer system.

Yes, I remember we always used it on Macs. I didn't mind so much, although when there were glitches, I was less familiar with how to fix the Mac than I am with fixing Windows.
