Please send me seven π plans. I am hoping that they include a schematic of the crossover.
I will consider adapting your mid horn for use with B&C 6 PEV 13 6" midranges I have on shelf. That will probably require my adding a square conical throat extension to neck down to 8-9 sq in throat. Back volume would be about 1/3 cu ft, and front volume would be minimal (between baffle and cone). This driver does have a phase plug. There is adequate setback of the cone and suspension to avoid slap on the baffle. Minor tweak of the crossover will also be required, probably.
