I was wondering if it's possible to substitute different horns into your design? I've got a set of the QSC HPR-152i horns that accept the same B&C DE250 compression driver. Can I swap this horn in place of the one specified in the plans?

You really can't just swap in different horns, in most cases, as they're going to fundamentally change the radiation pattern of the loudspeaker, even if the horns being considered generate the same advertised pattern. If two horns have different dimensions, they'll probably impart a different acoustic phase if for no other reason than the sound sources are in different positions.
