Disappointment!
They pumped up the dialogue so much that at normal listening levels and even above the music lacks all dynamics. The music tracks are great. But push the gain to really hear Bones Malone or Donald Dunn and the dialogue shrieks.
And there are a few additions to the dialogue, one where Jake complaining to Elwood about the ride over the bridge makes him, Jake, sound like Carrie Fisher!
Still, what music!

You know, I miss that movie. I need to pick up a copy. Do you know if the standard "collectors editon" DVD release is better than the 25th anniversary release?
