i am looking for any info on a wards airline stereophonic music center that has a lighted display on the front of the cabinet......i cant find any info on where to get the lighted display controller or if it is supposed to flash with the music being played........curious as to whether collectors are looking for these type of players...it has 8 track/cassette am/fm/record player......any info on where to find parts would be greatly appreciated .i have spent about 5 months trying to find something similiar to it with no luck!!.......thanksindex.php?t=getfile&id=70&private=0index.php?t=getfile&id=71&private=0

hello.....no this is the first response i have gotten about it and i cant find anything else out about it but i just met an electrician dude last night who knows a bit about them as well as how to repair them..........keith

The original stickers are still on the back of mine. There is one that indicates specific part numbers for each piece (ie: 8-track, cassette deck, etc.)

I'll check if there is any other information and let you know.

yeah i still have all the stickers and numbers and still not an easy hunt!!.......does yours work??........i need a needle for my record player.......stay in touch if you learn anything as i will do the same!.........keith

I had one of these stereo's back in the early 80's. I thought it was cool back then but looking at it today, not so much. I don't know of anywhere that you can find parts for this or one that is used to buy for parts.

That is some ancient looking equipment. I was amazed to see something like that still around, especially with an 8-track player. Hope you can find the information you need.
