These are a tower version of the One Pi speaker. They have the stock crossovers, but with upgraded tweeter caps. Their 95dB sensitivity and first order crossovers make them a great match for a low power SET amp. Sorry, local sale only in Houston. Here's the link to a picture of one of the actual speakers: http://fredt300b.smugmug.com/Hobbies/Speakers/132721_wacsQ#83941093_v3mXv

And here's the link to a highly regarded amplfier designer's comments about this design:

Great budget priced speakers for a 2A3 SET tube amp or a T-amp. They offer high sensitivity in a design that also includes good bass and high resolution treble without all the fuss of single drivers. I love them, but I have too many other speaker projects to keep them all, so these have to go.

Fred, what kind of feet do you have on those? I'm going to need something for the ART arrays that will go through carpet.

They are discontinued Parts Express #249-720 feet. Cheap plastic buyouts that look nice but are pretty flimsy. Sold for $15/four a few years ago.

They have interchangable rubber feet and metal spikes, but the spikes aren't very pointed and will not pierce carpet.
