Does the tower box design allow more power in the 45-95 hz. range than a conventional box that is the same volume ? I mean with the cross bracing it is 3 boxes in one sort of and I thought this may let the woofer have less excursion at these frequencies. THANKS...

There is definitely more output below 60Hz from the two π tower.
