If you use 2 lab 12s in a box does the SPL go up by 3 DB ? Like one lab-12 would be 92 db at one watt and two lab-12s would be 95 DB at one watt one meter ? Thanks

Yes, that's right. You'll get a 3dB increase if power remains constant and a 6dB increase if voltage remains constant. However, if you are distributing the subs (as I think you should) there is some wiggle room here. You probably won't get quite as much summing because you're looking for a mode averaging effect. But that's practically a semantic argument because in practice, the increase is nearly the same as you get in tightly packed clusters. Damping is much more an issue than summing when you're trying to estimate SPL in room.
