The opening scene, with the Russian and Cuban troops parachuting into the school grounds and pulverizing the teacher with automatic weapons fire is worth the price of admission! Loved it.
I liked the movie but couldn't handle the part where the tank pulls up and fires over their heads. Anyone who has ever been in a tank knows better than that. Especially since the bore evacuator on that tank was mounted on the muzzle end. Ever stood beside someone firing a high powered rifle with a muzzle brake or one that's been Magna-Ported? You'll know not to do that ever again Even on a lowly M=60 tank with the 105 MM it'll empty your pockets unless they're buttoned. The vacuum produced when the round leaves the bore is quite strong. As is the muzzle blast and concussion wave
