I have a 30cm (2in throat)dia and a 12cm (1in throat) tractrix horns, a pair of altec 902-8A and a pair of bms 4524 (soon to be replaced with something better)
can I use the three π bass reflex or the four π bass reflex for either 2w or 3w configuration?
I'm thinking the tractrix to be on top of the br box.

Some people have done this sort of thing, but it isn't really in the spirit of the design because it isn't constant directivity. You'll really need a different crossover for best results with that sort of horn.
