I agree with you, in that you have listed many of the characteristics of a speaker related to quality. What I mean by this is I think the word "transparency" is one of those words audiophiles use to describe quality that catches just about everything. It is like "accuracy" in that everything comes into play.
Some words are more targeted. Examples that come to mind are "speed" which usually relates to bass alignment, overdamped verses underdamped, "imaging" which usually relates to directivity, orientation and impulse response, and "harshness" which is usually distortion or breakup.
To me, a transparent speaker is one that is accurate, well placed in the room and just plain sounds good. It has good imaging as well as accurate response and good polars.
