After listening to the Alpha-10s I noticed that they have their own character. Very nice sounding ,I tuned mine to around 45 Hz in a 3.8 cu ft. box for listening purposes only. The tone Quality is excellent and the only drawback is I didnt have them earlier. I got the drivers from Pi-speakers. I already had one Alpha-10 on hand so I ordered the other drivers and crossovers.I am now having some 2-pi towers built and hope they will sound as good as the 3.8 3-pi box that I tested the drivers in. The Vifa tweeters were silky and clean with a little sparkle.The bass was tight and punchy,and a smooth low end. The Voices were very natural and True.
