Are you into vampires or vampire movies? I find them as an interesting creature, they are the undead. Twisted Evil Can you share your all time favorite vampire film? Tell me about it and why did you choose it? Very Happy

My vote for #1 goes to The Lost Boys.

#2 is probably the Underworld Series.

Just curious if anyone has seen Roger Vadim's Blood and Roses with his third wife Annette Von Stroyberg. OMG!

Wish it was available on DVD though 'cause I got rid of my videotape decks a long time ago.

A pity, true. Van Helsing himself would lay down for this seductress.

My favorites in no particular order are: Blade, The Lost Boys, Near Dark, Salem's Lot (and for my funny pick), Vampire in Brooklyn. I also have an honorable mention: Innocent Blood.

I LOVED Vampire in Brooklyn! It was totally hilarious. Especially with the assistant losing different pieces of his anatomy and trying to glue them back on. Yeah, I agree with Blade and Underworld. But anything with Kate Beckingsale in it is excellent! IMHO-LOL!

I don't really get into vampire movies. I am not a big fan of those blood suckers. But some vampire movies (Bram Stoker's Dracula, Blade series, and Van Helshing) are really well done and I like them.

I'm a fan of the old movies so I would have to say that the 1931 version starring Bela Lugosi is my favorite. The thing I dislike the most about modern horror films is, because they are so realistic, they leave so little to the imagination.
