My second concert was Rush as the opener, Ted Nugent headlining in about a 3000 seat auditorium in Joplin MO. I think Caress of Steel was out by then. They absolutely smoked the house. I've been a huge fan since Fly by Night. But I've never seen them live since. I don't know why

R30 dvd made me want to jump up and be 20 again.

Ted was so loud it was painful. I learned early to wear earplugs to concerts. But the man can really shred the guitar.

Don't remind me how old I am.
